If you plan to enjoy your Stupid Good BBQ within 2-3 hours of purchase:
Set your oven temperature 150-170°F.
Place a shallow oven-safe dish on the lowest rack of the oven and add 1-2 inches of water.
Tightly wrap your Stupid Good BBQ in foil. Place in pre-heated oven, hold undisturbed until serving.
Reheating
Brisket: Pre-heat your oven to 300°F. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Place the brisket on a sheet of foil. Baste the brisket with the melted butter. Tightly wrap the brisket in foil. Take another sheet of foil and tightly wrap the brisket again. Place the brisket on a sheet tray, in the preheated oven and heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F (20-30 minutes).
Pork Ribs: Pre-heat the oven to 300°F. Place pork ribs meat side up on a sheet of foil. Baste the pork ribs with melted butter. Tightly wrap the pork ribs in foil. Take another sheet of foil and tightly wrap the pork ribs again. Reheat the pork ribs until the temp reaches 165°F (20-30 minutes). Remove foil from the pork ribs, and then serve with your favorite of our sauces.
Sausage: Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Place the sausage on a foiled sheet tray with sides to catch any grease that may accumulate. Heat the sausage for 15-20 minutes. Remove the sausage from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Turkey: Pre-heat the oven to 300°F. Place the turkey breast on a sheet of foil. Baste the Turkey with melted butter. Tightly wrap the turkey in foil. Take another sheet of foil and tightly wrap the turkey again. Place the turkey on a tray, in the preheated oven and warm until the temperature reaches 165°F (20-30 minutes). Remove the turkey from the oven. Be careful when removing foil from the turkey. Allow the turkey to rest a few minutes prior to serving.
Pulled Pork: Pre-heat oven to 250°F. Place pulled pork in a shallow oven-safe dish and add a 4 tablespoons of your favorite sauce per pound of pulled pork. Tightly cover with foil and heat until pork reaches 165°F (20-25 minutes). Remove pulled pork from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
